Job Details

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Biz Emporia, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and managing a team of specialists to deliver high-impact results.

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email.
  2. Mentor and manage the internal creative and performance teams to ensure campaign goals are met.
  3. Monitor campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools; prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  4. Manage marketing budgets for multiple clients, ensuring optimal allocation and high ROI.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for strategy discussions and performance reviews.
  1. Minimum 3+ years in a Digital Marketing lead or managerial role.
  2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  5. Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  1. Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on interview).
